I had 2 appointments, the front desk lady, very nice and helpful to our needs. She was nice to my da... ughters, I really like how they treated my daughters. The next lady who help us, very talkative with them. They feel comfortable with helping with the treatment. When it was time to get their eyes checked. He was patience with talking to the girls. He talked to where my daughters understood what he was asking.

Fantastic experience that was truly unexpected. On a quest to simply get my kids glasses, resulted i... n for some reason, having to visit different vision centers, only to once again leave empty handed. That was until we came to this center. We literally had just walked in from off the street, no appointment nor were we established patients. Still, we were immediately greeted by this very lovely receptionist who never hesitated once to help my children and I. Yet, it was Matthew Compeau, the practice manager, that was the absolute game changer. When was the last time a member of management provided stellar service, especially when they could just put it off on a Random employee? Well, not at this vision center and not with Matthew. He educated, and efficiently and effectively provided exactly what my kids needed so they finally can order their glasses. Will come back in the future.
